Upgrade from older versions to v8

There is no charge to upgrade to Thumbnailer v8.

If you are a registered v6 or v7 user and have v6 or v7 installed and registered, simply install v8 in a new folder on the same computer and launch it. It will attempt to upgrade your license automatically, using the registration information from your previous version. If the upgrade process fails, send an email to smallest@smalleranimals.com with your name and the email address you originally registered with.

If you have recently registered but have not yet received a license (and you've waited a reasonable amount of time for all of our systems to process and deliver your license - shouldn't take more than an hour, maximum), you can send email to with a copy of your RegSoft or PayPal registration email (or at least the RegSoft / PayPal order ID). If you don't receive a reply from us, it's possible your email, or our reply email, was eaten by a Spam filter somewhere.

If you do not get an email you can post your registration information on this forum (name, RegSoft order ID, etc - no credit card info, please) and we will respond as quickly as we can.
